INTRODUCTION
Ravana Aviation Research & Development Division (RAR&DD) has been established in the year 2012 in Sri Lanka. RAR&DD is a Post Processual Research platform. RAR&DD is focused on the similarities between UFOs & Vimanas. A “UFO & Vimana Online Global Conference & Research Paper Forum” is being held on Every Year in the Month of May. This is a great opportunity for researchers globally to participate and collaborate to expand the knowledge horizon and publish research. U&V conference and research paper forum are held virtually where there will be online presentations, Doctoral Colloquium, and Webinar Keynote speeches.

RAR&DD proudly invites all Researchers, Lecturers, Students, Practitioners, and Academicians to participate in the “Online Global Conference and Research Paper Forum”. The virtual conference will be held on Every Year in the Month of May with the theme “UFO & VIMANA”.
RAR&DD aims to provide ample opportunities for scholars in presenting conceptual, empirical, and non-empirical findings regarding new normality at work. The conference not only gives you a global forum to share and exchange ideas, research, and work. But also, provides a wider network and research on Vimanas (Ancient Arial Vehicles) and its technology for further collaboration and projects. We are glad to share this good opportunity in the scientific community that will be offered ONLY for all participants who participate in the conference.
Publication Output:
Authors are invited to submit their original research papers, case studies, reviews, work in progress, within the broad scope of this conference. All accepted ABSTRACTS will be published in a conference proceeding e-book with ISBN.
All PAPERS will get international exposure and scientific feedback from scholars around the globe during the conference.
